WELLSVILLE – The Steep Mountain Farm here will host “Troutober Fest” on Saturday, Oct. 26.

The outdoor concert will begin at 4 p.m., featuring the music of local artists Allie Harris, the band Hatchback and headliners Two Headed Trout.

The schedule of events will include the farm opening its gates at 3 p.m. with the performance by Ms. Harris beginning at 4 p.m. She is the lead guitarist for the local group Mama LongLegs.

At 4:40 p.m., Hatchback is scheduled to perform. Hatchback is a New Age folk-rock trio.

Finally, Two Headed Trout will take center stage at 6 p.m.

Based in Logan, Two Headed Trout plays bluegrass music with a touch of psychedelic flavor, giving their repertoire an unusual blend of original compositions and familiar covers.

Audience members who bring with own instruments will be invited to join an open jam session that will follow the concert.

Concert-goers are encouraged to bring their own coolers with food and beverages.

Camping will be available at Steep Mountain Farm by request, but no dogs are allowed.

Steep Mountain is a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) farm, which sells its products directly to consumers through a membership or subscription program. 

In a CSA, consumers pay a yearly fee to support the farm’s production costs and in exchange receive a share of the farm’s produce during the growing season. 

Steep Mountain Farm is located at 665 East, 200 South in Wellsville.
