LOGAN – Officials in Logan have announced modified schedules for Logan City services and facilities during the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday.
Basically, all city facilities will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 27.
All City Offices, the Logan Library, the Community Recreation Center and the City Cemetery Office will be closed on Thanksgiving.
Residential garbage will not be collected as usual. A make-up day for normal Thursday trash collection is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 28 and residents are reminded to be sure to have their can at the curb by 7 a.m. that morning.
The city landfill will also be closed on Nov. 27.
The Logan River Golf Course will not operate on Thanksgiving and the City Office at the Carol and Jim Laub Plaza will also be closed for the day.
