Lindsey Shannon returned home to her loving Heavenly Father on Saturday, April 16, 2022. She was born on May 9, 1986, in Ogden, Utah, to Robert Leslie and Harriet Carol Steward Hodgson.
She graduated from Box Elder High School and later attended Bridgerland ATC.
Lindsey is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She was a fervent reader of romance novels. She was a movie buff and enjoyed watching romantic movies with her daughter. Horror movies delighted her while watching them with her sister and nephew. She remained positive in her life, despite the many health issues that plagued her. In spite of her limitations, she was very empathetic with others and always willing to help with kindness.
The family would like to give a special thank you to her best friend, Jannie, for always being there for her.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Myers Mortuary to help off-set funeral costs.
She is survived by her parents, her daughter: Deliliah Shannon, siblings: Holli Andreasen, Darryn Hodgson, Heidi Brooks, Joshua Hodgson, and Jennifer Hubbard.
Lindsey was preceded in death by her grandparents.
Graveside Service will be held at the Ogden City Cemetery, 1875 Monroe Blvd, Ogden, Utah, at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 20, 2022.
A viewing will be held prior to the service from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Myers Mortuary, 205 S 100 E, Brigham City, Utah.
