After serving almost five years as Chief Executive Officer for the Sunshine Terrace Foundation, Steven D. Tracy has resigned from that position. Lee Rulis, president of the Foundation’s Board of Directors, said a letter of resignation was submitted to the board by Tracy early this week.

Rulis said board members are grateful to Tracy for the work he has done as CEO during a period of substantial growth in both services and personnel. He said with that growth there have also been many challenges for not-for-profit health care organizations.

Tracy was the keynote speaker at the Foundation’s 66th annual Founders Day celebration on October 15. Rulis said the board will be meeting soon to choose a transition committee and a search committee  will also be appointed in the near future.

Meanwhile, Assistant CEO Scott Hoffman will be in charge of operations at the Foundation’s facilities.
