Engineers Week

LOGAN – Engineers Week — a national four-day event full of educational fun — begins Tuesday, Feb. 20 on the Utah State University campus, presented by the USU College of Engineering.

Maddie Witte, president of the Engineering Council, said it is the perfect time to take a break and enjoy the fun.

Community Night provides outreach activities for families in Cache Valley. It is Thursday night at 5:30 p.m. in the Taggart Student Center Sunburst Lounge with Egg Drop, Kids Korner, Ice Cream and more. Hands-on learning from aerospace engineering to water research and electric cars to robots will be part of the fun for the entire family.

Also Thursday night there will be more than two dozen exhibitors on hand including Aggie Solar Racing, USU RocketClub, Concrete Canoe, Society of Women Engineering, the Get Away Special Team and Space Dynamics Lab.
