HYDE PARK — A new mixed-use development is coming to Hyde Park, bringing affordable housing plus commercial space to the bedroom community. “The Aria” is a 62-townhome and mixed-use project located along the newly opened Wolf Pack Way between North Logan and Hyde Park, designed to address the rising demand for housing and essential services in the area.

The development features 16 condominiums and eight commercial spaces and aims to fill a growing need in Hyde Park, where a high median household income and rapid population growth have increased demand for both housing and retail options in Cache Valley.

“This is a step forward for northern Utah,” said Austin Seegmiller, a partner at Kairos Real Estate, the developer of the project. “Hyde Park deserves a development that is both functional and beautiful, and ‘The Aria’ will be just that.”

City officials and state leaders have voiced their support for the project, particularly in its alignment with Utah’s Affordable Housing Program. The initiative will help first-time homebuyers in Cache County qualify for down-payment assistance, making homeownership more accessible.

“This project will bring new beautiful homes, new businesses, and new opportunities for our residents,” said Hyde Park Mayor Bryan Cox. “Importantly, it aligns with Utah’s $20,000 Affordable First-Time Home Buyer Program, providing the potential for the next generation of Cache County families to stay close to their roots.”

State housing officials also praised Hyde Park’s proactive approach to growth, citing its commitment to responsible development.
