The Logan Film Festival in its 5th year has been re-named as the Block Film & Art Festival. Taking over a block on Friday & Saturday in downtown Logan, a showcase of nearly 50 local, national and international shorts and features has been expanded to include music, art installations and artists, education venues and panels and Q & A’s.

“We have taken this year the opportunity to expand it and diversify it to include a broad stage of music….bands that are local and far from local.”

On KVNU’s For the People program on Thursday, coordinator Mary Urban Clark said they wanted to really create something truly unique that people would be excited to come and experience that is different than any of the other film festivals across the country. And something you wouldn’t be able to find anywhere else in Utah. You can get tickets at Morty’s and Caffe Ibis and online at loganfilmfest.com.
