PRESTON – The Franklin County Republican Party will host a “Meet Your Candidate” Night on Saturday, Oct. 25.
That event will take place at 7 p.m. in the City Council Room of the Franklin County Courthouse in Preston.
In Franklin County, the communities of Preston, Clifton and Weston will hold municipal elections on Nov. 4.
In Preston, vying for seats on the city council are Chris Larsen, Dixon Beckstead, Andrew Brown, Todd Thomas and Joshua Harris.
In the running for the Franklin County Fire District are Cody Traveller and Levi Waldron, while Jesse King and Mason Jensen compete for the Preston School District Trustee in Zone 3.
Running for city council seats in Clifton are Chick LIgnell, Elden Tolman, Cory Robinson, Bracken Henderson and Della Hughes.
For those unable to attend the candidate event in person, the gathering will be streamed live on the Facebook page of the Franklin County Republican Committee.
The Franklin County Courthouse is located at 39 West Oneida Street in Preston.
