Our devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Carol Stott, 64, returned home to her loving Heavenly Father Thursday, February 3, 2022. Carol was born June 12, 1957, in Brigham City, UT, to Ray and Belva Rose Benzley Nelson.
Carol is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She graduated from Box Elder High School.
Carol loved animals and enjoyed reading, playing games, scrapbooking, card making, diamond paintings, camping, puzzles, gardening, and making dolls. She especially loved spending time with her family.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Bristol Hospice and Morgan.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations made to the Utah Humane Society.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, two brothers, and four nephews.
Carol is survived by her children: Devan Stott, Shelley Stott, and Shay (Sharon) Stott; 12 grandchildren; and 1great-grandchild.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 19, 2022, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Carol’s home, 371 N 500 W, Brigham City, UT 84302. Services entrusted to Myers Mortuary of Brigham City.
