LOGAN — Nearly four decades of chocolate, community and charitable giving will continue this winter as Cache Valley’s annual Chocolate Festival returns Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026, at the Riverwoods Conference Center.

The event, which begins at 6:30 p.m., serves as a fundraiser and has become a longstanding Valentine’s season tradition in Northern Utah. Since its start in 1987, organizers say the festival has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to support inclusive and affordable health care services for Utah residents, including those in Cache Valley.

Attendees can expect an evening centered on chocolate desserts, live music from local musicians and multiple fundraising opportunities. Bakers from across Cache Valley are invited to enter chocolate creations in the Open Contest or Youth and Families categories, which traditionally draw a wide variety of homemade cakes, brownies, cookies and confections.

The Premier Showcase will again feature elaborate chocolate desserts prepared by local pastry chefs, chocolatiers, restaurants, caterers and community groups. Each tasting ticket includes 10 dessert samples.

In addition to dessert tastings, the event will include live auctions throughout the evening, a silent dessert auction and an online auction offering donated goods, services and experiences. A Grab-and-Go Table will offer prepackaged treats from local bakers, along with limited-edition Chocolate Festival merchandise.

Organizers say the 2026 festival, which supports Planned Parenthood Association of Utah, comes at a time when access to reproductive health care remains under pressure both locally and nationally, making community support especially critical.

Tickets will be available in advance and at the door, with multiple pricing and donation levels. Advance purchases help streamline check-in and support event planning. Full details, including dessert entry guidelines and ticket information, are available at www.thechocolatefest.com.

The Chocolate Festival remains one of Cache Valley’s longest-running community fundraisers, pairing sweets with a mission of public health support as it approaches its 40th year.
