Blaine Richard Worthen, 87, of Logan, passed away on November 8, 2023 in North Logan.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 15th at 11:00 am in the Lundstrom Park 2nd Ward.
There will be a viewing held Tuesday evening from 6-8 pm at the Allen-Hall Mortuary and at the church from 9:30 – 10:30 am.
