BRIGHAM CITY – Ten years ago Historic Downtown Brigham City, a 501c, started Art on Main, a multi-venue art festival with five different art competitions.

This festival provides the Brigham City community with a meaningful way to celebrate Memorial Day and to launch the summer while honoring veterans and Gold Star families, said David Walker, one of the organizers.
The activities are mostly located from 100 South to 50 North, one block packed with stuff to do and see. It is in the core of downtown. The gallery is located at 95 south Main and there are 130 works of art displayed there.
Donna Walker of Consignology, a Main Street store that offers gently used furniture, décor, and home furnishings, said Peach Days brings in 52,000 visitors and merchants can make some money at this event too.

There is a Historic Box Elder Plein Air competition open to professional and amateur artists alike that can find inspiration in the region’s varied terrain, from delicate orchard blossoms and verdant farmlands to historic structures and sweeping mountain vistas.
The Fine Art Show & Sale is the premier juried art exhibition held at Hive located on 95 S Main, featuring professional, amateur, and student artists, across four categories: Oil/Acrylic, Watercolor, Drawings, and Mixed Media.

This exhibit celebrates Brigham’s longstanding connection to the Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge and the breathtaking beauty of birds, wildlife, and landscapes.

Music will fill the air Friday evening, May 23, and all-day Saturday May 24, with continuous performing artists taking to the stage, showcasing the best talent in the region.
The downtown merchants put out their goods and attract thousands of art and craft enthusiasts from across the region.
