BOX ELDER COUNTY — Two 15-year-olds that went missing on April 28 from Catalyst Residential Treatment Center, were found safe.
The Brigham City Police Department announced the news on its Facebook page on May 3, 2023.
There was no other information provided.
Chad Reyes, Police Chief of Brigham City Police Department, said that a supervisor at the treatment center originally reported the missing teens.
At that time, they did not meet the criteria for a missing endangered alert, said Reyes.
Reyes said that the treatment center isn’t secure and that Brigham City Police receives reports of runaways a couple of times yearly.
