LOGAN, Utah – Utah State will face Seattle in the opening round of the Hawaiian Airlines Diamond Head Classic as announced by the tournament on Tuesday. The Aggies and Redhawks will tip at approximately 3 p.m. (MT), following the opening game of the tournament against Iona and SMU, on Thursday, Dec. 22. Games continue on Friday, Dec. 23, and Sunday, Dec. 25.

Seattle tied for first in the regular season in the Western Athletic Conference during the 2021-22 campaign, finishing with a league mark of 14-4 and an overall record of 23-9.
