Trump on Friday fired the former commissioner, Erika McEntarfer, after the latest jobs report showed a slowdown in hiring in recent months.
Trump on Sunday claimed without evidence that McEntarfer inflated the job numbers ahead of the 2024 election in an effort to help former Vice President Kamala Harris win the election.
