BOX ELDER COUNTY — A head-on crash Friday morning sent several people to the hospital. The accident was reported around 10:30 a.m. north of Collinston.
Officials with the Garland Fire Department said that they responded to a multi-vehicle crash involving a head-on collision on State Route 30, west of the junction with State Route 38.
Three people were hospitalized. No information on their medical conditions or identities was released.
Authorities said that icy roads played a factor in this incident.
Utah Highway Patrol troopers are investigating the cause crash.
