April 20, 1987 ~ April 22, 2023 (age 36)
Stefany Marie Jensen was born on April 20,1987 to Robert (“Steve”) and JoAnn (“Nini”) Jensen. She had one older sister, Samantha (“Spot”) and one younger sister, Shannon (“Dixie”). Stef had many nicknames over her lifetime (“Smokey, Nanny, Pika”) and she loved to give nicknames to others. It was an honor to be given one. Stef graduated from Bonneville High School and continued her education at Canyon View school until she was 22. Stef was given back to God on April 22, 2023.
Stefany was a one-of-a-kind person who was funny, happy, and unapologetically herself. She made life better for those who loved her. She would say things that most people would only think. Everyone who met her loved her. There will never be another person like her. She loved all holidays and celebrated them to the fullest. She enjoyed going to lunch with her Dad, baking with her mom, and having girl’s nights with her sisters. She loved Diet Coke, her birthday, and her many pets. In just 36 years, she lived a full and beautiful life without regret. She shaped the lives of those who knew her without even trying. She was so very loved and will be greatly missed.
The family would like to thank everyone for the outpouring of love they have received during this time.
There will be a Funeral Mass held in Stefany’s honor on Friday, April 28, 2023, at 11:30 a.m. at St. Henry’s Catholic Church, 380 South 200 East, Brigham City, Utah.
