TREMONTON – A semi truck caught fire at the edge of the freeway on Interstate 84 north of Tremonton shortly after 9 a.m. Friday morning. The fire caused a complete shutdown of southbound traffic near mile marker 37 while emergency crews responded to the fire.
The truck was a total loss from the fire.
It is unknown at this time whether or not anyone was injured in the fire.
