MALAD – Idaho Gov. Brad Little will bring the state’s government to Malad on Thursday, April 27.
Through his “Capital for a Day” program, Little re-locates the members of his cabinet from Boise to a different rural town in a different Idaho county each month.
Residents of the “Capital for a Day” get the opportunity to address their issues and concerns directly with the governor and members of his administration.
Little is due to meet with residents from 10 a.m. to noon at the Oneida County Event Center at 459 S. Main Street in Malad.
Following a break for lunch, the state officials will meet the public and take their questions in the gymnasium of Malad High School from 1 to 3 p.m.
The high school is located 181 Jenkins Avenue in Malad.
State officials say that all Idahoans are invited to participate in the “Capital for a Day” activities by asking questions, sharing opinions and seeking answers from representatives of various state agencies.
