CACHE VALLEY – U.S. Rep. Blake will host a Telephone Town Hall for his 1st Congressional District constituents on Thursday, Dec. 11.
The question and answer session from Washington D.C. is set for 7 p.m. Mountain Time.
“I will give an update on what Congress needs to accomplish before the end of the year and answer your questions,” the congressman promises.
In recent weeks, Moore participated in the National Conference of State Legislators Artificial Intelligence Task Force where he discussed issues with Utah lawmakers Paul Cutler and Doug Fiefia, as well as Senator Wayne Harper from the NCSL AI Task Force.
“As artificial intelligence becomes increasingly relevant,” Moore said, “it’s important to me that my team and I are working on AI legislation that aligns with the work our state leaders are doing on this issue.”
On a local note, Moore also met with Utah State University’s newly appointed President Brad Mortensen, who traveled to Washington to discuss his plans to help Aggies succeed by applying what he learned as president of Weber State University.
Moore is hoping that constituents with questions will call in during the evening on Thursday by dialing 833-305-1678.
