Nelda Jessop Roskelley born on February 7, 1937 in Millville, Utah, passed away peacefully on March 2, 2022, surrounded by her family in Bountiful, Utah. Nelda was the daughter of Verlo and Thelma Jessop. She married Russell RaMon Brown March 31, 1955. They later divorced. She married Eugene Ray (Pete) Roskelley October 4, 1974 and they were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple May 16, 1980. Pete passed away December 17, 1996.

Nelda always had an optimistic outlook on life, even after she was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer in May 2018. Nelda was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Throughout her life she served in many callings in Primary, Relief Society, and Young Womens. She loved doing things with her family and together they have many fun traditions! Nelda loved to camp in the Uintah Mountains, travel, square dance with Pete, and always had huge flower and vegetable gardens. She was a great cook and loved to cook for her family. She loved her many friends of all ages. She enjoyed playing cards, Bunco, game days, and was always ready for a game of Hand & Foot with anyone.

Nelda is survived by eight children: Jeff (Karen) Roskelley, Kim Brown (Carol deceased), Terresa (Bill) Henrie, Collette (Brent) Davis, David (Suzanne) Roskelley, Pam Wright, Jerilyn (David Rock) Brown, Gail (Candice Hatch) Roskelley; 20 grandchildren, and 41 great-grandchildren.
