LOGAN – City officials here have announced a modified schedule for city facilities and services that will be observed during the Presidents’ Day holiday on Monday, Feb. 17.
All city offices will be closed for the holiday, along with the Logan Library.
Residential and commercial trash will be collected as normal on Feb. 17, however. The Logan Landfill will also be open for regular hours.
The Logan Community Recreation Center will also be open during regular hours.
The City Cemetery Office will be closed.
Assuming that the weather cooperates, the Logan River Golf Course will be open.
Finally, Feb. 17 will be the final day this season for residents to enjoy skating on the ice rink at the Carol and Jim Laub Plaza in downtown Logan.
On its final day of operations, the ice rink will host skating sessions from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
