CACHE COUNTY – If your green waste can is still sitting at the curb, Logan City officials say leave it there.
“Due to the Labor Day holiday and staff shortages,” said Public Works spokesperson Emily Malik, “we are running behind on green waste collection in areas outside of Logan.”
City officials said they are working to get caught up on green waste collection, but acknowledged that that their efforts may continue into Saturday, Sept. 9 for some county residents.
Malik advised residents to leave their green waste cans at the curb until they are emptied.
“We apologize for the inconvenience and thank residents for their patience,” she added.
