LOGAN – The often fickle Memorial Day weekend weather permitting, the Logan Aquatic Center will open for its 2025 season on Saturday, May 24.

The pool facilities will be open Saturday through Monday for the holiday weekend.

The Aquatic Center’s seven days-a-week schedule will begin on Saturday, May 31.

During the Memorial Day weekend, the pool facilities will be open from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday; from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday; and 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Memorial Day (Monday, May 26).

The Aquatic Center’s regular summer hours will begin on Saturday, May 31. Those are 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Mondays; 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesdays through Saturdays; and 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays.

On holidays throughout the summer, the Aquatic Center’s scheduled hours will be 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.

During its summer season, the Aquatic Center provides a variety of programs including swimming lessons, water aerobics, a hydro-fit class, lap swimming, fit-for-life seniors and Boy Scouts of America merit badge classes.

Lifeguard training and water safety instruction are also offered.

The Aquatic Center accommodates a maximum capacity of approximately 1,200 people. It features 800,000 gallons of water in three separate pools – a 50-Meter, Olympic-size lap pool measuring 50 meters by 25 yards; a leisure/kiddy pool with depths ranging from 6 inches to 3 feet; and a speed slide pool.
