LOGAN – Adults and kids of all ages are invited to the Wicked Way 5K Fun Run at Willow Park on Saturday, Oct. 5.
The event — which is being sponsored by the Urban Trail Racing Series, Beeing Well, Sol Speak Yoga and other local groups – will begin at 5 p.m.
“Everyone is invited to join us for a frightful affair for the whole family!” according to race organizers. “Our Spooktacular 5K trail will feature Trick or Treat stops along the course on the Wicked Way.
“Don’t forget to sign your kids up for the Wicked Way Kids Fun Run!”
They add that costumes are encouraged, but definitely not required.
Organizers say that the five-kilometer race course will start at Willow Park, then follow the Logan River to Rendezvous Park.
The Wicked Way Kids Fun Run will begin at around 5:45 p.m.
Registration for the Wicked Way 5K includes a unisex t-shirt; a race bib; a raffle entry; awards for top three male and female runners; free face-painting for participants; an optional costume contest entry; and Trick or Treating along the decorate trail.

The event will also feature live music, crafts for kids and other Halloween activities.
Participants can pick up their race packets at Willow Park between 4 and 4:45 p.m. on Saturday.
