July 18, 1951 — August 21, 2022 (age: 71)

Our Brother, Father, Grandfather and friend, , passed from all his pain and struggles on August 21, 2022.

He was born in Tremonton, Utah on July 18, 1951 to DeLown Edward and Garnett S. Wolverton Price. Hal spent his childhood growing up in Garland attending Garland Elementary and Bear River High School.

Hal spent his whole life living in Box Elder and Cache Counties working for local business’s, mostly in the trucking industry, hauling sugar beets, cattle, pipe and any load across the country and back again.

Hal was a cowboy at heart. His favorite Christmas gifts were a new pair of boots and cap guns. He loved and lived rodeo. He started very young riding calves at the Little Buckaroo rodeos, a love that never left him. He rode bulls and occasional bronc at as many rodeos he could get to. He got his own horse at age eight and he and Dynamite rode the BR almost daily. “All I ever wanted to be was a cowboy”, he would say. When his T.V. went out we know it was full of dead Cowboys and Indians. He loved old western movies.

Hal leaves behind two sons, KC Price, Tyler McNay; stepson, Stephen Bailey; nine grandchildren; two brothers, Wendell Price, LaDee Price; two sisters, Ryla Haramoto, Kellylynn Trammell; two special aunts and uncles Deb and Don Christensen and LeeAnn and Larry Waters; many nieces and nephews that will miss Uncle Hal.

Hal will be missed by many more friends and family than he could have imagined. He lived and loved large and loud.

A viewing will be held on Sunday, August 28, 2022 from 5-7 P.M. at the Rogers & Taylor Funeral Home (111 N 100 E-Tremonton).
