Janet Lynette Freeman Sims, 60, passed away on March 17, 2022 in Preston, Idaho. She was born on April 14, 1961 to raleigh William and Bonnie Lou Monk Cook, Jr. in Ringgold, Louisiana.
She met and married the love of her life, Robert Sims in Bossier City, Louisiana and they later moved to Preston, Idaho.
Janet loved God and she loved life. Some of her hobbies included photography, walks in nature and riding in the country in Roberts’ Corvette listening to classic country music.
She is survived by her husband Robert, her children, Laura Cook, Daniel (Brandi) Cook, Ashley Freeman and Ashton Freeman. She is also survived by her sister Sue Guin, her brother William Cook and her best friend Danai Rasmussen.
A private family gathering was held on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at Webb Funeral Home.
