Effective immediately, watering of lawns and shrubs will be allowed only three days or less per week. No particular days for watering are mandated, but officials say the selected days should not be consecutive.
City officials are mandating that no daytime watering should take place, however. They are advising Hyrum residents to water before 10 a.m. or after 6 p.m. only.
