Inflammation is the leading cause of chronic disease in our country. However, most medical professionals don’t know how to test for it and don’t know how to find the mechanism driving it.

Inflammation can cause a variety of symptoms:

  • Fatigue
  • Sleep issues
  • Mood disorders
  • Weight gain
  • Hormone imbalances
  • Autoimmunity
  • Thyroid Dysfunction
  • Chronic pain

You can run and monitor simple labs to see if you have inflammation and if it’s improving. Some of my favorite labs to run are below:

  • C-reactive protein: 0–3 mg/L
  • Homocysteine:
  • Ferritin:
  • LDH: 144–180 IU/L
  • Uric acid: 3.2–5.5 mg/dL
  • Vitamin D: Vitamin D is a negative Acute phase reactant and will decrease under inflammation. Our optimal range is 50-80.

An inflammatory reset involves overhauling your diet to remove inflammatory foods, excess sugar and processed carbs, and industrialized oils. (You can learn more in my free Inflammatory Reset guide). Daily physical activity and plenty of sleep are also key.

Although supplements can compensate for bad habits, we have found a few that are exceptional in helping dampen inflammation and regulate immunity:

  • Liposomal resveratrol
  • Liposomal curcumin
  • Liposomal three-tiered glutathione
  • Liposomal Vitamin D

These are dosed based on the degree of your inflammation, not your body weight. They’re also in pleasant-tasting liquid formulas for superior bioavailability and that are kid-friendly.
