BOX ELDER COUNTY — Firefighters are battling another wildfire that has more than doubled in size during the past couple days, south of the Utah/Idaho border. The Clarks Fire, east of Lynn, was discovered Tuesday afternoon in the Raft River Mountain range and has spread to about 100 acres.

According to Utah Fire Info, the Clarks Fire is burning on Sawtooth National Forest land. It was originally reported to have burned only 30 acres.

As of Thursday, the fire was at zero percent containment. The cause is being investigated.

As of Thursday afternoon, no evacuations have been ordered and no structures have been reported to be damaged.
