The Alliance has teamed up with the Bridgerland Storytelling Guild for another Ghost Tour and the Logan River Ghost Tour at the Riverwoods Ghost Tour Conference Center. The Ghosts Story Tour is still going strong with only a few nights left.

The tours give participants a chance to learn where the area’s scariest spirits still hang out in some of Logan’s haunted buildings.

The tours are touted as being family friendly, but they don’t recommend young children or people who don’t like to be scared.

The 90-minute tour begins in the heart of Logan’s downtown area and organizers recommend good walking shoes and a coat or jacket as night in Logan can get cool.

Time is running out. The tours run nightly at 7 p.m., 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays (Oct. 25, 26, and Monday Oct. 28)

There is also hoodie that says “I fully intend to haunt people when I die and have a list.“ The ghost Tour Hoodie sells for $24.

Downtown merchants are also getting ready for the 21st Annual Logan Treat Walk where local children dress up in their best Halloween costume and go door to doors to different businesses to receive a treats.

Children dress-up as princesses, firemen and superheroes and enjoy trick-or-treating during the annual treat walk in downtown Logan on Thursday, Oct. 31, from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Many establishments are taking part in this yearly custom and will have treats ready when they open their doors and welcome costumed trick or-treaters. Throughout the day the merchants plan for a no rush experience for parents and help them enjoy a safe and relaxing outing with their family.

There is plenty of free parking and treats. Participating businesses will have a purple Frankenstein in their window between 200 North and 100 South along Center Street and 100 North between 100 West and 100 East. Participating businesses will have a purple Frankenstein illustration in the front window.
