This years Home and Garden Show is expected to attract thousands of visitors.

NORTH LOGAN – It’s that time of year again when the snow is on its way out and the sun on its way in. People are getting the fever to get out and start digging, planting, and raking their yards.

This years Cache Valley Home and Garden Show will have more vendors then any other year.

The Cache Valley Media Group is pulling out all the stops this year for the 29th Annual Home & Garden Show which will be held Friday and Saturday, March 22 and 23, at the George S. Eccles Ice Center located at 2825 North 200 East, North Logan.

Anderson’s Seed and Garden is sponsoring this year’s event.

“Every booth space is filled,” said organizer Greg Roper from the Cache Valley Media Group. “We are expecting this year’s event to be bigger than ever.”

Doors open on Friday at 10 a.m. and close at 7 p.m., and Saturday it will open at 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.

“This is best place to see the newest trends in home and yard décor for Northern Utah,” Roper said. “We have packed as many vendors as we could fit in the Ice Center, but there is still plenty of space to walk through and talk to the venders.”

“We have sold every booth space available. There will be over 100 vendors and we expect thousands of people to attend this year’s show,” said Roper, the event administrator. “This has always been the biggest display of home and garden ideas in the valley.”

Businesses will have their products and services ready to demonstrate to the thousands of people who walk through Cache Valley’s biggest spring event.

“The show continues to grow in popularity every year, attracting many new vendors and attendees,” Roper said. “We will have more food this year and there is free parking.”

United Way of Cache Valley will provide activities for children in their all-indoor venue. They will have someone doing face painting and other activities to keep the little ones busy. The indoor venue will keep people out of any inclement weather that may be in the forecast.

“We filled the 25,000-foot arena with as many different vendors as we could find,” Roper added. “This year’s group of vendors includes landscape companies, doors and window companies, solar companies, floor and roofing companies and more.”

There are bath and shower remodeling specialists, lighting specialists, with wind and solar power specialists, too.

“This is the best time to hold this event because the warm weather is finally taking shape and most people are getting ready to work in their yards,” Roper said. “The Home and Garden show gives people a chance to see new trends and products.”
