LOGAN – Four professional magicians will bring the Las Vegas vibe of their touring show to Logan for one night only on Friday, April 4.

The self-proclaimed Champions of Magic will perform at 7:30 p.m. in the Ellen Eccles Theatre in downtown.

Following a decade of touring the world as one of the most successful magic shows in history, the Champions of Magic are now back in the United States with an explosive all new show featuring thrilling and mind-bending illusions.

The touring show has a new, smaller cast featuring Fernando Velasco, who adopts the role of death-defying magician; Liberty Larsen, the offspring of the founding family of the famed Magic Castle; and the illusionist duo of Sam Strange and Richard Young.

Each of those performers will take time to weave their personal stories of finding magic in their lives and their acts. But Ms. Larsen’s recollection of the connection between relating a heartfelt memory and becoming a magician particularly resonates with audiences.

Strange and Young also share their stores of rising to virtual fame, before launching into some classic illusions with flashy new techniques.

Depend on these magicians to cut at least one assistant in half, make a youngster from the audience vanish and make themselves appear in different parts of the theater at will.

Meanwhile, Velasco will be explain his journey to the world of magic while suspended upside down in a straitjacket and in other life-threatening situations.

The Champions of Magic show will also display plenty of trademark sleight of hand, psychic manipulation, special effects and misdirection gags, all made more accessible to large theater audiences by being projected on huge audio-visual screens.

Fusing their skills in grand-scale magic, a flair for spectacle and undeniable showmanship, this interactive, high-energy show promises to entertain the entire family.

By combining signature humor with groundbreaking magic, this champion team of illusionists will present a production unlike anything seen in Cache Valley previously.

Tickets for those performances can be purchased by going online to https://www.cachearts.org/shows
