NORTH LOGAN — Cache Valley Media Group will host its semi-annual Cache Valley’s Biggest Garage Sale Saturday, Sept. 26, at the George S. Eccles Ice Center parking lot, 2825 N. 200 East, in North Logan.
The community garage sale will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will bring together residents and businesses selling a variety of items, including household goods, clothing, antiques, tools, furniture, plants and vintage items.
Greg Roper, a sales manager at Cache Valley Media Group, said the event offers people an opportunity to sell unwanted items without having to organize a traditional neighborhood garage sale.
“There will be hundreds of people looking for treasures and good deals at this event,” Roper said. “This is a great opportunity for people wanting to sell stuff, and they don’t have to put together signs, put them in strategic locations, hoping people see them and then have to retrieve those signs after the sale is over.”
There will be about 50 booths and three food trucks are expected at the event, with additional vendors continuing to sign up.
The event also will include bounce houses and other activities for children provided by Checketts Amusements.
“This is a great way to spend a Saturday,” Roper said.
Ryan Frandsen, director of sales for Cache Valley Media Group, said past garage sales have featured a wide variety of items.
“In the past, we have had just about anything people are looking for,” Frandsen said. “We’ve had bikes, vintage items, tools, furniture, plants and it’s all right there in one place.”
The event is open to the public. Vendors will have the opportunity to declutter their homes, sell unwanted items and connect with shoppers in one location.
