LOGAN — The Draper Philharmonic and Choral Society is bringing a huge production to the Ellen Eccles Theater Friday and Saturday evenings this weekend.  It’s entitled “King of Kings” along with “Lamb of God”.

On KVNU’s For the People program last week, organization founder Sherri Jensen said it will be spectacular.

“Now this is the first time ever that these are going to be performed on stage together. I just think it’s going to be the most amazing experience we can give families for Easter. From Bethlehem to Resurrection with the most gorgeous music you’ve ever heard, a choir, a philharmonic, 14…15 soloists actually,”  Jensen explained.

On their website DraperPhilharmonic.org their mission is: to gather adult musicians for a personally-enriching professional musical experience, to support and build budding young musicians through side-by-side mentoring and to strengthen the community by providing elite opportunities for participation in and support of the arts.

Their main Goal is to make each concert an event not-to-be-missed.

Both performances begin at 7p.m. You can get ticket information at CacheArts.org
