SMITHFIELD — The Smithfield City Arts Council invites the public to attend their first annual Art Sale and Show at the Smithfield City Library – Friday evening from 5:30-8p.m.

Local artists (and many are high school art teachers) Jeannie Millecam, Lester Lee, Sheree Jacklin, Doyle Geddes, JanieMarie De Rosa, Anna Clark and Amanda Luzzader will be selling paintings, ceramics and other artwork.

Also The Cocoa Camper will be just outside selling delicious warm treats.  While you’re in the library, you’re invited to enjoy the beautiful collection of artwork by pioneer artists Mary Teasdale, James Harwood, Lee Greene Richards and Hilma Payne hung throughout the library.

This sale is to benefit the Smithfield Library and the pioneer art collection.   Admission is free.
