LOGAN — Police have arrested a 37-year-old man accused of shooting at an occupied vehicle in the parking lot of the North Logan Walmart Sunday afternoon.

Stacy “Rob” Willis was arrested at a home in Richmond. He was booked into the Cache County Jail on a $30,000 bail.

According to reports, Willis shot at the occupants of a Black Ford F-350 truck after an argument. Two shots are believed to have been fired. No one was hit.

When police arrived on the scene they found shell casings nearby where the shooting was reported.

The occupants of the Ford truck drove south to the Cache Valley Mall parking lot and called police. They were transported to the hospital as a precaution. Their condition is unknown at this time.
