SMITHFIELD – Among the myriad actors and actresses set to perform in the upcoming production of A Christmas Carol, one of them has been in every presentation of the holiday classic by the Four Seasons Theatre Company since 2011.

Kim Rash, one of the Four Seasons’ founders and a mainstay of the troupe, will be on stage this year as Mrs. Mops and a dancer in her ninth production of Charles Dickens’ seemingly immortal tale.

Ms. Rash will not be the only familiar face on stage at Sky View High School in December.

Stanton Allen will return in the role of Scrooge, a part he played previously in 2021. Allen is also a veteran of numerous local productions including Annie, Newsies and A Christmas Story.

Normally working backstage, Daniel Francis has stepped up to fill the central role of the Ghost of Christmas Present.

Clifton Richards, last seen in the Four Seasons production of The 39 Steps, will appear as the ghost of Scrooge’s partner Marley.
