SMITHFIELD – State Rep. Mike Peterson (R-North Logan) will host a town hall for his District 2 constituents at 7 p.m. here on Tuesday, Oct. 6.
Local residents are invited to the gathering as an opportunity to share their thoughts, concerns and priorities.
The event will be held at Birch Creek Assisted Living in Smithfield.
Speaker of the House Mike Schultz (R-Hooper) will be on-hand as a special guest.
The three-term incumbent is seeking re-election to the Legislature against Democratic candidate Barbara J. Haggerty.
The Birch Creek Assisted Living facility is located at 532 South Main Street in Smithfield.
