BRIGHAM CITY – Bridgeway Integrated Healthcare Services, formerly known as Utah Behavior Services, had a celebration and open house to show their location, facilities and let people know of their name change. They are located at 35 Skyline Drive in Brigham City.

People toured the Bridgeway Integrated Healthcare Service during a an open house to let people know of their name change on Thursday July 31, 2025..

There were food trucks and bounce houses, even a climbing wall for children to play on while the adults toured the facilities. The swag included sunglasses, T-shirts, toys and other things adorned with the company name. There was a large crowd of people milling around checking out what the behavioral health organization had to offer.

They have office space for staff and administrators and a medical office for a doctor to evaluate and help patients.

Isabell Nakasone, a community outreach specialist for the organization, said they have seven facilities across the state from St. George to Brigham City. They are a growing company and would like to start serving people in Idaho and Wyoming, too.

They are expanding their offering to Japan. There are no mental health services in Japan like Bridgeway, right now, and they are having meetings soon to see if they can help the people there, Nakasone said.

“We are trying to share the message of the change in our name to Bridgeway,” she said. “This Brigham City facility will handle people from other parts of Box Elder County, Cache Valley and surrounding areas.”

There were several booths set up for people to pick up swag and answer questions.

“We start working with children as early as two years old and have no limits to the age of people we work with,” Nakasone added. “We also do individual and group therapy.”

As lease holders left the strip mall, Bridgeway took over the space giving room for group and individual counseling. Some classrooms are being used, and some are in the process of being remodeled, Nakasone said.

“For our group therapy we will work with up to 10 individuals,” she said. “Bridgeway offers Applied Behavior Analysis, psych evaluations, med management, mental health therapy, intensive outpatient services and supplemental school services.”

They don’t accommodate overnight stays, but whatever someone is struggling with they can offer help, Nakasone said.

“We use Applied Behavioral Analysis with an evidence approach to helping people,” she said.

The company is known for providing telemedicine/telehealth, outpatient treatment and partial hospitalization/day treatment. The Brigham City facility is classified as an inpatient and outpatient treatment. Their work includes trauma, behavior modification and group therapy.

The organization is committed to developing successful children, adults, and families through advocacy and high-quality, evidence-based services. At their core, their family is dedicated to strengthening the families that they serve. The Brigham facility offers treatment to clients referred from the court/judicial system, children/adolescents with serious emotional disturbance and LGBTQ+.

Box Elder office includes family psychoeducation, psychosocial rehabilitation services and intensive case management.
