October 8, 1976 ~ October 5, 2023 (age 46)
Kassie Reese, beloved daughter, sister, and mother, passed away on October 5, 2023. Born in Logan, UT on October 8, 1976, to Kenneth Gordon and Kayleen Hewlett Reese, Kassie brought joy and warmth to all who knew her.
After graduating from Box Elder High School, she attended Southern Utah University and Weber State University. As a dedicated employee, Kassie served as Lead Teller at America First Credit Union at the Brigham City Branch, where her friendly demeanor and professionalism were appreciated by her colleagues and customers alike.
Kassie had a zest for life that was reflected in her many passions. She had a love for home decor, national parks, and traveling, with a particular fondness for everything Disney. Above all, she cherished spending time and making memories with her son, Hayden, whose presence filled her life with joy and purpose. As a devout member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Kassie served as a Nursery Leader, Primary Teacher, and Young Women’s Camp Coordinator.
Kassie is survived by her father, Kenneth Reese; her mother, Kayleen Hewlett; her son, Hayden Reese; her sisters, Kellie Reese and Kacey Bloomfield; grandparents David and Ada Hewlett, and her nieces: Hailee Reese, Amira Williams and Raelynn Conley.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, LouDell and Mary Reese.
The family would like to express their gratitude to America First Credit Union and the dedicated staff of the McKay-Dee Oncology Department and Infusion Center.
A Viewing will be held at Perry 5th Ward, 2415 S 900 W, Perry, Utah, on Thursday, October 12, 2023, at 12:00 p.m., followed by a Funeral Service at 2:00 p.m.
Interment will be in the Brigham City Cemetery.
