Sidne Ward Lemon was born in Kamas, Utah. She was the only girl among three brothers, Monte Ward, Robin Ward (deceased), and Frankie Ward (deceased). She married the love of her life, Carlo Lemon, 54 years ago after her older brother Monte introduced the two. They raised five fantastic children: Nancy (Kelly) Hopkins, Ray Lemon, Daniel Lemon, Leslie (Fraser) Graham, and Sandra Lemon. She was the proud grandma of eight grandchildren. Their accomplishments have been her greatest joy. You could always tell if she was talking to one of her children on the phone because she would start with “hi honey.” She was the glue that held her family together. She was the person that solved everyone’s problems.

Behind every great man is a strong woman and she supported Carlo in all his endeavors. She was a shrewd businesswoman and together with her husband created a legacy that will last generations. She loved quilting and created beautiful blankets for her family. She would show them at the fair each year. She was a voracious reader and read every murder mystery she could get her hands on. She was loved by many but respected by even more. When life handed her lemons, she made lemonade.
