Rex E Cook, passed away on March 14, 2024 at Cache Valley Assisted Living in Providence, Utah.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 22nd at 12 pm in the Allen-Hall Mortuary.
There will be a viewing on Thursday evening from 6-8 pm and on Friday from 10:30 – 11:30 am.
