PROVIDENCE – The Providence City streets crew will be doing some dust treatment in Providence Canyon the morning of Friday, July 19. The canyon will be closed in the morning and likely to be reopened by 11 a.m.
The truck they will be using is described as being large and will take up most of the road, making it impossible for other vehicles to get around it, affecting potential traffic in both directions. If anyone happens to enter the canyon before the work begins, they won’t be able to leave until the truck makes that first pass.
A start time for the work has not been set, but in past years the work in the canyon has been done and reopened by 11 a.m.
