BANNOCK COUNTY, Idaho — Law enforcement is asking for the public’s help locating an 80-year-old Utah woman who was last seen in southeastern Idaho. Kay Prince Vest hasn’t been seen or heard from in several days and is considered endangered.

According to the Idaho State Police, Vest left her home in West Bountiful at approximately 2 p.m. April 8. She was last seen on April 9 around 4:30 p.m. along Highway-91, near Downey, Idaho.

Vest is described as being white, 5’01” and 105 lbs. She has white hair and blue eyes.

Police report, Vest told a passerby that she was trying to get back to her home but didn’t want to drive on Interstate-15. She appeared to be acting confused and upset.

Vest was driving a silver 2017 Toyota Camry. It has a Utah “In God We Trust” license plate, W365U.  

Police said Vest does not drive at night, has memory issues, and is easily confused.
