August 17, 1992 — March 10, 2024 (age 31)

Paul Russell Henderson has passed away at the age of 31 due to cancer.

He passed away peacefully on March 10, 2024, in Pocatello, Idaho. He passed with his mother, Diane, and father, John at his side.

Paul was born in Ogden, Utah, on August 17,, 1992. He was a rambunctious, creative, enthusiastic child. He was frequently found covered in dirt with a new project to show off that he had built on his own. He was a member of the Boy Scouts and had a knack for working with his hands.

As he grew into an adult, Paul decided to take on a life of travel as a long-haul driver. In his travels, he was able to collect many interesting items and was always eager to share the history and items he had collected with those around him. These travels landed him in the state of Wisconsin, where he felt at home and stayed for many years.

Throughout his life, Paul had a very tender heart for animals. He was rarely without a dog for a companion and would feed his pets before he fed himself in the leaner times of his life. Many of his loved ones remember this gentle and kind side of him as they think back on his life.

Paul will be joined in the afterlife by grandfathers Paul and Laramie, his uncle Rex, and his great-grandparents Alice and “Mom and Pom,” who were all influential in his life.

He is survived by his parents, Diane and Scott, John and Kim; his sister Colette; his step-siblings Kevin, Jeff, and Lindsay; his grandmothers, Susanne and Edell; and many other loving aunts, cousins, and friends.

Paul has requested to be cremated. His life will be celebrated with friends and family at a barbecue in honor of his birthday.

Condolences and memories may be shared with the family at Franklin County Funeral Home.
