The Utah Highway Patrol closed Logan Canyon on Wednesday afternoon because of an accident reported to be near the Dugway. A semi-truck is reportedly in the Logan River in that area. The canyon is closed in both directions from the mouth of the canyon in Logan to the Rich county line. Expected clean-up is around 430p.m.
