SMITHFIELD — A Silver Alert has been issued out of Smithfield for a missing 51-year-old man who police say suffers from diabetes and dementia.
Smithfield City Police officers and other agencies are searching for James “Jamie” Matthew Conley who was last seen at his residence at 68 West 300 North on Wednesday around 9 p.m.
Conley is described as a white male, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs around 240 pounds.
Officials said Conley has brown hair with blue eyes. He has tattoos on his arms.
Police said he has not been taking his medications. He has also been making suicidal statements.
Conley was last seen wearing a red baseball hat, black KISS T-shirt and blue jeans with holes.
