December 24, 2006 – December 19, 2022 (age 15)

Haydon Michael Stapp, 16, of Logan, UT passed way on Monday, December 19, 2022 in Logan, UT, just five days away from his sixteenth birthday.

Haydon was born to Mike Stapp and Sarah Petersen on December 24, 2006.

Haydon is the younger brother of Madelyn Stapp to whom he looked up to and adored. Haydon and Madelyn were eleven months apart. They grew up really close to each other. Though they had moments of strife, they always had each other to lean on when times got hard.

Haydon was very adventurous. Some of his favorite activities were camping, fishing and drawing. His uncle Michael Petersen was his best friend. He had taken Haydon to Hunter’s Safety and was teaching him how to shoot. Michael had taken Haydon on his first pheasant hunt. Haydon looked forward to many more adventures with his uncle.

Haydon was very determined and known for finishing anything he started. Haydon was very inquisitive and loved to talk and wanted to know how everything worked. He would ask questions until he had all the answers to his questions.

We will deeply miss the wonderful experiences we had with him. He was never afraid to speak his mind, give his opinions, and share his true feelings. Haydon was a funny, wonderful, loving person. He was the light of our lives. In the short amount of time that he was with us, he touched our hearts and brought us joy and changed our lives forever.

Haydon will always be in our hearts, remembered and missed forever. We will always love you, think of you and keep your memories alive. Forever in our hearts. Until we meet again.

A viewing will be held for Haydon on January 3, 2023 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Allen-Hall Mortuary located at 34 E. Center St., Logan, UT. All those who wish to attend are invited.
