Bryan Francis, an employee at an unnamed fast food restaurant, in Skiatook, Oklahoma, was arrested and charged with distribution of a controlled substance within 2,000 feet of a school as well as possession of a controlled substance after a bag of methamphetamine ended up in a customer’s order.
